Balloons & blue skies in Bristol

In the short time I've spent here so far for the Benadryl job at Aardman I've been impressed with the beauty of Bristol's blue skies filled with balloons and the harbourside dotted with boats. Also stepping off the bus the screeching seagulls caught my attention, reminding me with a romantic nostalgia of my childhood home in Gullane. Though seeing their predatory circling for discarded food in the small hours of a Saturday night this has quickly hardened into a more gull-wise wariness of those sharp scavenging beaks!
