These Walls Must Fall

These Walls Must Fall group exhibition and auction to raise funds for the arts organisation Articulate and the Hummingbird Project who are working in partnership to run an art space for young refugees in the camp known as the "Jungle" in Calais, where I did some volunteering in April and May of this year. Thanks to organisers Ester Svensson (maker of the ceramic figures pictured in the photo at the top of this post) and Rosanna Martin (image immediately above) for their invitation to contribute artwork to the show - I submitted my Celtic Shield Knot (seen on wall below, and in more detail in previous post).
